Mahogany Bay Resort and Beach Club, Curio Collection

The resort is beautiful and the staff is friendly. There are places to eat on site, which is convenient. The amenities are superb, the private beach is quiet and relaxing and there is a restaurant/bar on the private beach as well.

Mahogany Bay was a beautiful property. Our suite was clean and comfortable. It was located a little ways from the airport, but still near plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The pool area and private beach were amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

I liked the property overall, the different areas very nice and modern.

We stayed a week at the Mahogany Bay Resort I(October 2-9, 2021) in San Pedro and we really loved it. We stayed in the Upper Keepting Suite and it was spacious and had a small kitchenette but had no stove or microwave, just a fridge, some dishes, coffee maker and sink to wash the dishes. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great, I did like the outside feel of the shower, which has a huge rainshower head, which was great. The hotel itself is very quiet in the south end of the island, which we liked a lot. We rented a golf cart for the week and that was great to go into town and to Secret Beach. Their beach club is beautiful and serene. The water is super clear, we rented an over the water bed for a day and it was great, I highly recommend doing that. They do have paddleboards and floaties available for free and the drink and food service was great at the beach club.The staff was great and they do provide cleaning service everyday if you'd like, but you need to request it. We requested it twice and they did a great job. We did use the coffee place they had on site called the Rum and Bean which had great coffee and humongous pastries, that was a lifesaver for our mornings. We did eat once at the Verandah restaurant for breakfast and it was good. We highly recommend to bring bug spray/ bug cream with high deet because the mosquitoes are vicious out there. Since the hotel is on a bay the mosquitoes are out more but with bug spray you should be fine. Overall, we loved the Mahogany Bay and would stay there again.

This resort was simply amazing!! Loved everything about it! The food, the great spacious rooms, soft beds, the location, all the amenities, but above all that the STAFF!! The Staff was incredible, from the Bartenders, Yesenia, Oscar, to the servers Pearl, Tyron, Raquel and Miguel, to the omelet station Hortense, Shantil. To the porter Dennis and everyone who's names I can't remember. They were the ones who made the trip soooo AMAZING!!
